Landlords are legally obligated to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least once every five years. This usually takes around three hours for an average three-bedroom property. During the inspection, we will require access to the consumer unit and all electrical accessories, such as sockets, switches, lights, electric showers, boilers, immersion heaters, ovens, hobs, and so on.
